返金の請求
私は4月1日にGAPPで、貴社のクレジットカードを使って50ドルの洋服を買いました。2週間後にその服を返品し、カードの口座に返金してもらったと思いましたが、返金が明細書に記入されていません。
同封の4月と5月の貴社の明細書とGAPPの伝票を参照し、私の口座に50ドルを入金してください。宜しくお願いします。

I bought a dress for $50 at GAPP on April 1, using your credit card. Two weeks later, I returned the dress and I thought had the card account credited.
Please refer to the enclosed copies of your April and May statements and the credit slip from GAPP. Please credit my account for $50. Thank you.
